Vegans: not ok for human to eat meat but ok for animals to eat meat?

Has anyone asked them why they think it is wrong for humans to eat meat and fish, but it's perfectly ok for other animals to eat meat and fish?

How much extra time do you actually have in your life?

It gives them something to feel self-righteous?

You sound triggered

Vegans are too stupid to spend that much time thinking about their anti-science life choices. Just laugh at them and move on.

What percentage is it?
Scruffy thinks it is at least 95%.

If you think about it, nutrients in the soil come from rotting organic matter. Dead animals.
So even plants aren’t vegan.

exactly. It's like they don't understand what an actual Ecosystem is

OP you are gonna lose an hour of your life you can’t have back.

The 2 vegans I know don't think it's wrong for humans to eat meat. They've just decided to not eat it themselves. One is pretty militant about the beef industry and the environmental damage it reportedly does, but he's not obnoxious about it.

Friend of mine just became vegan but it was due to having chest pains and he had concerns about his health so is just cutting out meat for awhile until he can get a doctor to figure out what’s going on

Veganism is the ultimate privileged “diet” - it’s not natural nor will it persist in any survival situation.

Health concerns about your heart are definite reasons to go the Vegan route, most other reasons are just plain nuts.

I think they chalk it up to humans making it an industry or something. But going out and hunting deer and fishing with my net is still wrong. They are miserable humans and best left isolated.

I'm not a vegan by any means, but a trip to a processing plant will make you question commercial meat production. I'd recommend it for anyone. You should know where your food comes from and the environment those animals were raised in. It's eye opening. So, I don't agree with it, but I understand it.

Why? We developed as a species over thousands of years to eat meat.
I'll give you a hint: it's not the meat, it's the other things your average person stuffs in their face each day.

Disagree if you are suggesting we are carnivores. We are at best omnivores that are just intelligent enough over time to eat whatever is available. I’ve never felt the urge to run a cow down and choke it out with my teeth before eating raw flesh.

I didn't say we were carnivores. You are correct, we are omnivores. Ones that prefer meat and fat over all else, like Bears. There's a reason why we have the same stereoscopic vision system as all other predators, and there's a reason why we were able to develop our brain capacities and intelligence to the level we are at today.
And it wasn't because of plants.
And I'll reiterate....cutting out the meat is not what makes healthy vegans healthy. It's cutting out all the processed shite and sugar.
The Inuit (until recently) subsisted entirely on animal fats and protein, with zero heart issues. The heart issues didn't surface in the population until exposed to a western (read processed) diet.

Ackchually nutrients in today's organic farms come from manure, not dead animals.
Thus, plants practice coprophagia, like your maw on a first date.
