Surround it with work boots and job applications.

They won’t touch either

Do you think the city tries to protect the statue? If so, what will they do? Lock the gates, what else?

They could burn down the cathedral and the current Pope would apologize to the protesters. You deserve the government you elect. Tear it down, leave it up... doesn’t change my beliefs.

I personally don't care about the statues because.. they're statues, but this is somewhat interesting because it's not a memorial of a confederate general. People that want statues of traitors fighting for slavery are not the highest IQ people. However, Andrew Jackson wasn't a Civil War guy. He beat the British in a battle in New Orleans. He did own slaves though.

I'm okay with bashing a guy for owning and enslaving people. If we apply the same logic then we need to rename the state of Washington and Washington DC because he owned 300+ slaves.

Thomas Jefferson owned 600+.

Madison.. not good.

Come on man. This sounds like something the white boiler makers at Exxon would say at the camp this weekend.

It wasn’t meant to be racial. I’ve known tons of hard working black brown and other guys in the plants. This is about lazy Antifa shits that want everything handed to them and don’t want to work

lol.

Maybe not, but as proven by endless live streams over the past 7 nights, some of the “peaceful protestors” become quite opportunistic in each and every town once hell breaks loose. Lines become blurred real quick as soon as that first glass window is broken, door is knocked down, or police have to shove them back to keep peace.

The statue is 20,000 pounds and is a national historic landmark, which is a legal protection with some teeth unlike what the three Confederate monuments had. If the infantile and low IQ protester-heathens are able to take it down without killing themselves in the process (free safety tip: you would need a crane), then federal law will kick in and it will just be put back up. Not even LaToya can get around that, although she's certainly dumb enough to try.
