I went Friday and parking was a bitch getting there but other than that everything was great. Lines were surprisingly short or reasonable for everything including the bathroom and we left before the last band finished and got out of there pretty smooth.

Some things are just better suited for cash. I cannot stand how everything has to be card swipe these days.

They did take cash for parking.

“Please note that Rock The Country is a cashless event. Vendors will only take card. Credit card payments will be accepted, in addition to Tap to Pay with Apple and Google Pay. While cash is not accepted inside the venue, cash will still be accepted for day of show parking purchases.”

Seems maybe the complaint was the folks actually using a card for parking which caused the backup?

Neighborhoods close offered their yards for parking $100
And free shot of whiskey
Sounds like a good deal

The biggest issue was the venue has limited ways to enter/leave.

That aside, if you go to something like this expect traffic to be an issue and leave early OR hang around and let it clear some.

Exactly. Everyone complaining about inflation and tariffs, but for some reason they pay the higher prices anyway.

If you really don't like it, stop spending your money. Pretty simple.

People need to educate themselves on the concept of "demand destruction".

I wish. Two ultras was right over $25. Left a two dollar tip so it was over $27.
Made three trips, so right at $80.

Price of a case of beer for two.

Syknard and Kid Rock both put on a good show. Afro man did an entire rewrite of his song about Hunter getting high.

You’re right. I made something this random up and pulled it out my arse. I never said I had friends who went. There is literally a page on Facebook of people sharing experiences. There are positive posts. Never said there wasn’t people who enjoyed it. Simply said from what I did see, it looked like a disaster.

But yeah, all made up.

About half the country hates Kid Rock. I’d assume a good bit of the negative posts are, in fact, made up for political purposes. I went and had a great time too. Looked like everyone around me was also enjoying themselves.
