So I know I should have been better about this sooner, but what supplements/vitamins are recommended for guys around 40? Will a multi-vitamin take care of everything? Is there a multi-vitamin out there that is better than others? Thanks!

A multivitamin ain't gonna make up for 20 years of treating your body like shite.

40 is a non-event. It's 50 that kicks you in the arse.

Didn't say I needed it...just wanted to make sure I wasn't screwing up by not taking anything.

I'm 40. Other than the second level of a metabolism slow down I haven't noticed a difference in anything else.

Still plenty of energy (lift weights 3-4 days a week, run 3-4 days a week, and play a lot of golf). Just have to watch my diet closer if I don't want to gain weight.

My dick still gets and stays hard with a woman.

I've always taken a multi vitamin but no other supplements or medication. I haven't been to a doctor since I was a teenager and broke my arm. I did promise myself at 40 I would get a doctor and start getting annual physicals but still haven't done that.

Multi-vitamins are not really proven scientifically, so I would suggest eating right. It's hard to do, but that's where you're body gets it's nutrients from. Daily exercise too.
