After two warnings it might be a good idea to keep him off the road.

I’ve changed my position with this revelation.

Burn his house down.

No one was arrested but several years back I did see one get towed off down the street. His parents picked him up about the same time the tow truck was picking up the four wheeler. If you live in a civilized neighborhood, meaning if you can look both ways and don’t see any type of livestock, nobody wants to hear that crap.

Who gets their kid an ATV when they don’t have a good place to ride?

Seriously, when did OP ask the church for permission? Why did he not get a trailer for it and if he doesn’t have a trailer how did he get it home after buying it? Did he buy a 4wheeler without getting a trailer expecting his kid to ride it wherever like it’s a bike and then got the idea to ask the church to use their land or did he ask the church then bought the 4wheeler.

If you know your neighbors, then you can probably figure out who the narc was. Have your son do donuts in their yard.

I grew up in a very rural area and would ride on the roads between fields every day in my 4 wheeler. Bunch of betas in this thread.

To be fair, in rural Alabama there are no cars because people can’t afford them.

Dude that’s how we got around back in the day. I live on Vignes Rd and see 4 wheelers and SXS’s all the time. Doesn’t bother me one bit.

I liked the shed option on the church property.

Bring him to Towr Trax near Baton Rouge.

Purchase a piece of the church property and call it a farm. Iy is legal to ride an atv on the road for a short distance to access farm land. Though may only apply to adults. Consult a real lawyer for legal advice and don't take my word.

I am guessing had your son rode slowly and quietly down the road, we would not be having this discussion.

White privilege if I have ever seen it. If your son was a minority, he would have been dealt with much differently. Quit being racist and donate your 4 wheeler to BLM.

His friends in other neighborhoods ride around with zero problems. It's just one dickhead neighbor who complains because of the noise. That said, I do understand that it's against the law and he has every right to complain.

So you let your son break the law, neighbor reports it, and he is the dickhead?

Can you explain to me why you think he's a dickhead for not wanting something so loud coming from outside his house?

This is a noise that's:
a. Illegal to make considering your son is a child
b. Completely uneccessary

I don't understand why he's the dickhead. It sounds like the people making the noises are the dickheads.

A lot of you could curb many of your neighbor issues if you just shut the frick up.

You can't ride a 4 wheeler on city streets. Is this hard to understand. Be a better parent. Load the thing up and take it out where he can ride, or move out there.

Buddy, there is an entire portion of this nation that drives around with 0 insurance. In actual cars, causing more problems for regular folks than a 14 year old kid on a four wheeler.

We don’t want to hear that shite out here either! Love when people want to move to rural areas “to get away from it all” and “enjoy the peace and quiet”. Then they put little Jaxxon on a loud arse four wheeler so he can pretend to play motocross. frick that. Ride that thing when you have a reason to (chores, hunting), not because it’s a form of entertainment for your kid.
Buy him a golf cart. At least it’s quiet.
