I've heard the exact same thing. Most of the time those waivers are to make people think they can't sue.

My friend said the shaky one was the 3rd or 4th... she said it looked like a barn frame... she said she almost started crying trying to cross it, it was so scary

according to the map, the 4th one this year is chaotic cargo, which is a suspended spider-web type walk/crawl. From the side it does look a bike a barn.

I ran it in the first wave this am. When I crossed that obstacle, there was not a lot of people backed up on it and it was really shaky.....in later heats, people pile up on these obstacles like crazy. Wow. Unreal
