If you’re close to retirement. Go and get any kinda aching nagging injuries from service noted in your medical jacket and then 18 months before you ETS start filing and come out of active duty you should have your benefits. Caveat to that is you have to go over 50 % benefit to receive your VA benefits and your DFAs retirement.
A lot of veterans are 100% and still work jobs.
Holler whenever ya get a chance north shore we’ll square your shite away buddy!
Also if ya don’t like it suck my red white and blue dick.
I won’t run them down but telling them you get WAY more than the 100 percent benefit keep being mad small folks about 3500 bucks. I won’t tell them about the full ride for UAB for nurse practitioner for my wife. Or how my kids all have free college and everyone has free insurance. Or about the housing allowances allowed to modify your home up to 175k or the caR modifications for 75k.
I don’t drink for that very reason. I do have a medical card tho.
If you take the he job let me know I have a syllabus I came up with that makes explaining the benefits to veterans. A lot of good information for someone new into it.
If a veteran is reviving a benefit and gets in trouble with the law and goes to jail. The benefit is reduced to 10 percent for the duration of incarceration. You can file for it back after they get out and it’s reinstated.
A mental health rating under VA almost always allows the veteran to qualify for medical marijuana. So they don’t have to drink.
The original post almost assuredly means if you’re he has SMC. Special monthly compensation. I had a veteran drawing 14000 a month but he had almost full paralysis. I also know several influencers on YouTube and tik tok that are 100 P&t and making 70k a month off that. The ratings the VA gives are considered compensation so they don’t count as income and you can’t be taxed on it. I’d bet the original veteran with the 6800 a month is drawing housebound status with aid an attendance to get em to that number. Also fun fact for all the turds. The two most given out ratings through the Va is tinnitus and erectile dysfunction
That takes work. Bitching is easier
They have a process but much like everything to do with government it’s hard to navigate. If you don’t understand it. It can be overwhelming. And most veterans get mad and quit cause they don’t know how it works. Like I’ve said multiple times in this thread let me help yall don’t get mad get what’s yours!
How do ya know what you have or don’t have? Ever have headaches?
Same brother. Keep up the good fight
Hollar via the mail and we’ll get ya fixed up. This also applies to any other veteran who needs help. I am my brothers keeper. I will help any veteran who is having problems with the VA system.
Send me your email and I can shoot ya an email w a phone number and we can chop it up. 9/10 times when veterans are denied they just filed it in the wrong lane.
They just wanna scream at clouds. If you’re a veteran in need of help I do it for free and am still a VA accredited VSO.
Most of the mad people in this thread I’m sure filed and was denied hence the anger. This is the way the VA likes it they don’t want to give veterans anything. You have to get what you’re ENTITLED to. Every veteran is entitled to some kind of benefit whether it’s free hearing aids or low cost healthcare. You earned it go get it.
lol you’re big mad now.
I’m glad you told me what ya thought cause I was sitting here wondering what some fig on td thought about me lol enjoy work sweetheart
