I had no idea who this person was before reading about her here, but after reading a couple of other articles it seems that she rose to “fame” but then went basically silent in 2018 and has remained mostly silent since then. Her last Instagram post before the announcement of her death was in 2018.

There’s rumors going around now that her death was a hoax and it was to get as much clout as possible. If this is true, they fooled everyone including the media companies.
None of her family members even confirmed her death. The only source was an Instagram post. There are Instagram accounts by the name of “termanii” claiming to be Lil Tay herself and saying that she’s alive but her parents wanted to fake her death to get clout. Regardless of if she’s alive or not, this whole situation is fricked up and needs to be investigated ASAP

Yeah I'm seeing now that there are reports of both her and the brother being alive. I'm 31 and have never heard of these people. People will do a whole lot just to get clout.
