I have a nice full thick head of hair and my wife has never cut hair before.

I'm reaching the point where I either have to get a gold chain with my zodiac symbol and some shirts with butterfly collars or shave my head.

Is there a particular brand of clippers I should order? What setting should I go with?

For your trouble:

I'm the opposite, been shaving my head since 1999 but haven't shaved it since March 10th or so

Get any reputable brand of clippers and do a short fade. I've done my own hair for 20 years without an issue by sticking to this.

If you keep it fairly short, you don't have to be particularly skilled. Then, just touch it up if it grows out funky.

I recommend a fade bc it's the easiest thing other than straight buzzing it.

I've been cutting mine with clippers for years. I think my Covid beard is longer than my hair right now.

My sentiments exactly. You're gonna look like an idiot because everyone gonna suspect you tried to cut your own hair and fricked it up so bad you had to cut it all off.

any of the wahl trimmers are good quality

let her trim it so if she screws it up you got sympathy guilt points from making you look bad to cash in when you want
