Mine stays that way. Though it's just a fun vehicle and not my daily driver.

I literally spend more money sending my 3 kids to elementary school then you make in a year.

Your $500 CJ7 rebuild project does not impress me.

A lot of angst against some people's choice of vehicle.

Strange. Really strange.

Longer wheel base = better off road

But outside of that I agree

I have a 4 door jku. I love it. I get alot of compliments. You can customize the crap out of them. They are a money pit, but they hold their value more than any vehicle

Kinda like how this board has a thing against fat chicks.

Well, I drive a Jeep and like fat chicks, so yeah I'm enjoying my time on this planet way more than you miserable bastards.

Oh, and I moved to Texas from Louisiana and have no more state income tax, cheaper insurance and better roads for my Jeep.

Shorter wheelbase is better for more situations than longer... but longer has its advantages. Swb = higher breakover/entry/exit angles with smaller tires. Does mean it will tip faster, though.

The longer wheel base is really only better for vertical climbs and most people are deathly afraid of the vertical climbs so they like the longer wheelbase.

And it isn't worth a turd until its on 37s or 38s because the break-over angle is crap. Weaving through trees sucks in LWB vehicles as well. Also, more difficult to pick your way through a rock garden. Stock to stock, i'll take a 2 door Rubicon over a 4 door all day long. I offroaded with them for years, it wasn't until they started showing up on 38s that they could follow most SWB rigs without trouble. You would be an absolute fool to lengthen the wheel base on a 2 door TJ on 32s for instance.

Of course, you put anything on huge tires and they do better in the mud. Hell, nowadays you have a small Jeep if you're on 33s.

Yeah, putting slogans or your made up name on the side of your jeep is a little questionable. It is second only to the angry lights.

the new bronco

Wait. Wat.

Back on topic, I haven't owned a Jeep in over 20 years but owned an old Bronco since my Jeep. Those things are goldmines now and if I could kick myself in the arse for selling it back in the day, I would. Most old Bronco owners are cool and will talk at length about their vehicles and all the mods they have made. Most are older guys that can't even pronounce douche.

What was the wait wat for? Had you not seen the new bronco or you just hate it?
