I am sure the mother was thinking "I don't want a black person to go to jail for killing my 7 year old daughter so I am going to blame it on a white man"...
It seems like witnesses saw a white guy running from the scene, at that moment it looked suspect. Kind of like if something happened involving white people and they saw a black person around that area, people will automatically assume it was the black person.
Either way, I am glad they got the people who actually did it.

I saw this story on fb about a week ago. It was drawing national headlinea cuz supppsedly a white supremacist just killed a little black girl.
I didnt buy that narrative from the jump. I would never straight up accuse a mother of completely lying on a case when her own daughter was killed. I just figured some trashy white man got into an argument with the mother in the car, and he decided to shoot.
I would have never guessed that the perpetrator was actually black. I mean, even if details become muddied due to the traumatic incident that occured. That guy they caught was very dark. Not some lighter skinned biracial person, whom could maybe pass for white from a traumatized person's memory.
How the hell do you lie to police just to push a false racism narrative, when your own daughter was just brutally murdered. That is a new low for me that i did not know people had. That truly hurts my heart.
