Yes if found not guilty in any criminal setting or if no charges are filed a CCP holder cannot be held civilly liable.
I wonder if the equal protection clause would have impact against that? Or is it since it’s civil there is no government hence equal protection doesn’t apply?

Parades with govt issued permits are no carry zones….always have been and still are as far as I know.

The fact is, it’s not fun to carry a gun. There’s just not that many people that are gonna do it, it’s uncomfortable. But the point is, the government shouldn’t be able to tell me I can’t.

I didn't know that.
That alone makes a ccp make me sense.
I need a smaller carry gun.
My Cabik subcompact is too large to be comfortable.
I gave my pocket 22 away and everything else I have is full sized.
May get a 43x.

I carried a Glock 43 for a long time with the Glock store +2 mag extension. It is a good reliable pistol. However, there isn’t anything that you can do to any Glock to make that trigger perform like a single action.

I got to give you credit. You've been a troll for almost 15 years and you still get plenty of bites on every post.

Be careful if you CC in NOLA, the cops will just steal your guns.

You act like there aren't countries that have confiscated weapons from private owners recently.
You might just want to Google that and then tell people they live in a conspiracy world.

Some people are so afraid of diversity that they feel they need to bring a gun everywhere. What’s scarier? A diverse person expressing their culture or a non diverse person with a hate filled heart and a gun in their waistband?

Sound like we found someone who signed up for a CCP and now realized he's been tricked into giving his info to the government.

I like that. Restaurants were formerly no carry if they served liquor. So this law changes that.
No they weren't, people just didn't understand the different classes of liquor licenses and thought it was a no go zone. Only bars were no go without permission from the operator.

Not exactly. If it is primarily a restaurant that also serves alcohol, you can carry in the restaurant portion but not the "bar" portion. Most will have the bar separated by a low wall, railing, or it is up a couple of steps but there may be tables in that area. You shouldn't accept a table in that section. If it is primarily a bar that may serve some food, it's a no go.
If alcohol exceeds primary sales, you can't carry there. Restaurants that HAVE BARS, are fine, but the bar AREA is off limits.

Title 26 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950, to sell alcoholic beverages for
consumption on the premises.
Closer, but still wrong. Restaurants don't get Class A general retail permits, only bars do. The bar IN a restaurant using a restaurant liquor license was never prohibited. Hell, there are "bars" that serve enough food to operate on restaurant liquor licenses that don't have Class A general retail licenses all over.
