We used to always get everything in 1/2 days. Now everything is 3/4 at best. Everyone else seems to be able to ship faster now

I've had 3 deliveries this month be late. One never came at all and they had to send out a replacement.

It's still relatively quick, but yes they're starting to slip.

Been ordering from Sam's and Walmart more in 2020. Shipping is free for anything from Sam's. Need to buy $35.00 worth to get Walmart to ship free.

Amazon lets some of their sellers price gouge. Sam's or Walmart my not always have what I want, but they aren't letting people charge $30.00 for a $10.00 item. They're doing this with Lysol laundry sanitizer.

90 oz. on Walmart $9.97

90 oz on Amazon $29.99

Still keep Amazon for Prime, and a few things.

Besides getting packages faster ( I’m still getting them in 2 days) I like Amazon Music, and I watch lots
of Amazon Prime tv.

Delivery in Lake Charles is terrible.

I don’t have many problems. I did have 2 packages get lost when Laura hit. Told Amazon and they replaced them both no questions. Replacements showed up 2 days later. About a month later the lost packages showed up.

However, delivery for any and everything is about to be fricked with the holidays and no one shopping in person because of Covid.

They went to shite around here for a while when they were phasing in the Prime drivers but they seem to have it figured out now. I do have to pay attention when checking out though because items that are listed as Prime sometimes have a ship time as long as a couple of weeks. I don't remember if that was an issue pre-COVID but I don't remember it being an issue.

Im willing to cut them slack based on current circumstances. I still get most stuff within 3 days. And I return more stuff, for free, than I used to order in total,

Somethings might actually be delayed right now.

Covid has killed delivery stuff.

Not Amazon related but order furniture from any company and see how long it takes to get it

I live in Houston area so being in a major city helps. But had my wife's birthday present delivered in less than 24 hours today . Saved my arse, so totally worth the fee.

The biggest issues I have had with Amazon prime just so happen to coincide with items shipped USPS. Always delayed or lost.

I ordered a dining room table and chairs from them. They shipped the chairs, cancelled the table, and refunded me all of my money.

So now I've got 8 free chairs that don't really match anything. Had to scramble to get a table and ended up ordering some laminate thing that wasn't really what I wanted.
