So is Bryan Gillis, the Louisville Cop that lied about Scotty Scheffler assaulting him

A Police Report/Criminal Complaint signed by a Police Officer is a sworn statement, so he clearly committed perjury.
Filing a false Police Report is also a crime,
Scotty Scheffler was charged with Felonious Assault with a Deadly Weapon on a Police Officer, which if convicted is mandatory prison.
So this Corrupt POS just gets off for infringing on Scheffler's freedom and giving him an arrest record, all based on lies ?
If this had been your average Joe, and there had not been the footage from the street camera, he would have been convicted by a Jury of Brain Dead "Back the Blue" retards who believe anything that comes out of a cops mouth.
How many innocent people are in prison based on false accusations from this scumbag ?
