After reading 4 pages, I've come to the conclusion you act like a spoiled little bitch. I'm upset with myself bc I should have been able to see that after 1 page.

I hear ya.

At my old job upper management tried to ruin my career by hiring a top level exec from another company I had a relationship with a long time ago. Late at work one night she came on to me even tho she knew I was married and tried to slander me as the aggressor. Luckily my cell phone dialed a friend during the confrontation who had the whole encounter saved on his answering machine and it exonerated me and collaborated my story.

No... that's fine. I'm talking about starting every story or sentence with 'so'.

I promise you, if you go into negative details (however true they may be) during an interview, they won't hire you. They'll think, this is the type of guy that talks trash about an employer and one day, he may do the same to us.

I'm no big shot employer, but I do hire people over several locations. One of the things I always ask at an interview is what jobs they've left on bad terms, and to explain it. I always set them up as if I couldn't care less and am just curious what types of management works for them or not. Truthfully, of course I absolutely care. If they tear into their previous boss, which they WILL do 1 out of 6 or 7 times, it's an instant NO THANKS.

That's what Carl said

I honestly want to be insulted by this. Or at the least get a laugh out of it. But I've got nothing. Care to explain what that means?

So you're saying I have AIDS? Or that I coach a pee wee hockey league?

Either way - bingo.

Well Jesus man that seems a bit harsh. But without me giving more detail I can understand why people would turn to me as the a-hole. Either way, job quit. Hopeful to have a new job within this week. Thank you to all the people who gave solid advice.

Hey at least your résumé wasn't solely filled with Arther Anderson firm in Houston Tx on it. It could be worse.

Just had to read up on that to know what you were referring to. That's pretty rough. Also, thank you to the person systematically down voting me. Keeps me grounded.
