Technically, it's privately owned, but it caters to the public, so it's not a "private business" under the law. The ACLU will probably hit them because this is that slippery slope. Where is the Men Only water fountain?

It's funny how this thread isn't getting anyone talking about women's products costing more, and instead talking about this "tax." It's actually having the opposite effect that the store owner intended.

Without fully reading the article, it sounds like they are saying things like shampoo and razors that are typically marketed to specific genders have the women's equivalent costing more. In reality, what's stopping women from buying a men's razor? My wife often borrows mine and says it works better. Does she really need one that is pink?

It's called gender fluid and it's what I identify as, so have some fricking respect. I switch back and forth depending how I'm feeling at any given time.
