A single plain waffle at Waffle House now costs $4.50

When I was in high school, you could get an entire All-Star Special for like $5.

Shortly after Katrina... I went to RC and was pissed at the price and vowed to never go back. I'll admit I haven't had fast food in years and don't know the prices. But eff those prices.. It's freakin chicken.

overpaying people to shake baskets means you will overpay for the food.

Most of Europe is.

Biden represents the democrat party who wants you to stop eating meat and stop using fossil fuels. This has raised the cost of doing business. That cost gets passed to the consumer because the business also has inflated bills to pay.

Canes has no competent competition is the problem. Get one close to their business model and be 2 bucks cheaper a box and see what happens.
If Popeyes was efficient at the service window they’d whip their arse.

I paid over $9.00 for an Egg McMuffin meal a few weeks back. I was stunned. That shite was $2.99 for as long as I could remember.

No way I'm paying that much for crappy fast food again.

I am old enough to remember when a box of canes was $2.80 at the OG at the North Gates of LSU when I was a student.

And Todd leaves the damn tendon in the meat. Pull that crap out of the breast before you cook it. Damn bland chewy tendon meat.

You live under a rock baw ?

Zaxby’s and Bojangles are very close to the Cane’s model.. im not saying which is better or worse, i dont know and dont care.. but very similar models, so Cane’s has a lot of competition .. fwiw i liked Bojangles a couple yrs ago when i first tried them, but then they got rid of the sauce i liked and their cheese biscuits i loved, and ive never been back .

Great look Todd. Get all the puff pieces about being homegrown billionaire then raise prices. Right as inflation is somewhat being held back. Won’t be eating any nugget combos anytime soon.
