If you travel it enough you would probably save time just going through Opelousas (to BR) or Morgan City (to NOLA). That bridge is terrible. And then you get to the MS Bridge traffic, which would test the patience of Job.

BB I10 west was a shite show of stupid travelers at 7:30 am this morning. Stupid fricking holiday travelers in the left lane going slower than the 18 wheeler they were apparently trying to pass. It will remain a shite show through the holiday.

Wrong. I saw the baw’s douche truck surrounded by two fire trucks and some other emergency vehicles charred beyond use when I passed. I could see the black smoke as I approached as well. A semi may have broken down, but that isn’t what was holding me up this morning.
