why is he a thug?

before the night of the shooting, given each's backround, Will Smith would have been just as likely to shoot someone as Cardell Hayes.

I know but sometimes it's maddening to see a person continue to act like an autistic kid for pages on end.

Seven shots in the back says Hayes will be kissing Bubba behind bars in the near future. He gone. Loser.

I read a comment on one of the Nola.com articles (by the way that shite is worse than anything ever posted on here) that said she tried to call 911 nonstop for 10 minutes that night to report the incident and nobody would answer. The first response was that maybe she was dialing the wrong number.

I witnessed a pretty bad accident on Claiborne about five months ago. No one would answer. After about ten tries I started calling Nonemergency . They had options for English and Spanish. I said frick it. They called back about twenty minutes later.

That's disturbing and discouraging.

Yeah they may go with they called 911 but didn't actually get to talk to them. Hell there wasn't a lot of time between taking off from hit and run then second accident.

It really is. We have never had to call the NOPD for anything urgent like what happened, but two times we have called, the response time was ridiculous. Granted, it was never for anything like what happened on Saturday night.

Apparently, someone got through to 911 and the police showed up quickly Saturday night.

If I recall on average it was seven minutes for an average shots fired call to be accepted and officer begin route to the scene (that study that came out last year on average response time being the source)
