So who are the people in the impala and why is nobody talking about them. Seems like they would obviously know what happened and if they were friends of smith at least be mentioned by smiths attorney.

My apologizes for being an arse clown. I am very opinionative (if that's a word). no harsh feelings Red Did anyone see that random chick on Instagram trying to say Smiths wife hired Hayes to kill him?

I don't know that, but he doesn't seem like the type to bust out of a vehicle and rip off his shirt like he wants to fight.

Police say no calls received in that area of a Hit and Run.

No calls placed from shooters phone to 911 either.

That was what I originally thought as well.

Eta: I think I assumed that since they were both at dinner with smith.

and another thing, I just looked into this thread, why am I linked with Chad and Ben?
That's two polar opposites. Man this is just odd and i have a headache

Because you're not on hanging on Hayes nutsack like the other idiots and you have others like goats mustache whose sole contribution to the thread is calling me and Chad names.

Bunch of willfully ignorant fricks in this thread.

Photo 15 in your link shows 3 people sitting on the curb. Under the picture, it says they were in the car. Two guys and a girl, but the news article may not be accurate.

His lawyer said it, and now his lawyer is crawfishing. Dude has a solid lawyer, easily a top ten in defense choices. I would go with Jason Williams(got Boosie off) or Frank DeSalvo personally (gets all the dealers and crooked cops off), but John Fuller is a great lawyer.
