The hilarity in posters' willingness to sunbathe in Hayes' attorneys' words and the outright desire to find wrongs in this attorney's statement is pretty telling. And I don't see what contradicts the witnesses testimony too much. Only bit being about Will mentioning getting the gun but both accounts depicted an enraged and "freaking out" Hayes going after Will's vehicle. Shooting Wife directly first, that's some fricking shite. It takes special kinds of people to go out of their way to have any desire to stick up for the type of person who gets out of a vehicle with a handgun after he smashed in the back of their car over a fender tap at 11:30 at night. fricking animal.

wills lawyer also stated that he and the other male occupant got out of his vehicle to confront hayes. then the females got out to diffuse the situation.
That seems quite different from the witness testimony that we have heard already.

Didn't learn that much from this presser aside from the claim that Smith's wife was the first one shot. Also it can be inferred from the lawyer's statements that Smith and Hayes were some distance apart during the entire altercation. Makes a big difference to me if Hayes is standing closer to his own vehicle than if he was standing next to Smith's driver side door.
