This whole story just keeps getting more confusing.

Shooter says Smith or Impala rear ended him earlier and took off. Also alluding to fact that Smith was drunk or on something.

video that just came out of Will Smith hitting and running Hayes hummer before the shooting. Hayes even tries to pull to the side, Smith speeds off.

Clearly shows that Hayes didn't brake check like Chad has stated.

Obviously there is much more information than what has been officially released.

The passenger of Cardell Hayes' Hummer H2, Kevin Oneale, told his attorney that Cardell saved his life.
Attorney Tanzanike Ruffin issued the following statement to NBC News:

My client believes that Cardell saved his life." Ruffin said. "Smith had a gun and was going to shoot it and Cardell may have saved both of their lives … in my mind this is justifiable homicide. Was Will Smith acting like a Saint? This was a hit-and-run that ended up in a tragedy. You’ve got the aggression of two football players, facing off with each other as if they are on the field and you are going to get your point across by any means necessary.”

Witness Kevin Oneal speaks out via his Attorney tonight

Should be easy to prove that looking at the cars.

I'd like to know how you take a case knowing you'll be a sitting judge in 20 days and can no longer represent him.

According to attorney the shooter is who called 911. I'm not saying he was right in killing a man over a fender bender, even if it was a hit & run first. I just think there is much more to this story than thug killed Saint Smith.

I doubt this case will go to trial while he is serving the temporary term as a judge.

My client followed behind that person in an effort to get their license plate, and my client called 911, which will be verified in the upcoming weeks. My client's car was struck from the rear. I really don't know which car (he was chasing), but all that will become apparent in upcoming weeks."

If this is true, then smith or his friends are POS. Still nobody deserved to die but I've had this happen to me and its impossible to chase someone whose driving like a reckless animal trying to get away. Will be interesting to see if he really placed a call telling cops he was chasing them

It'll be set for arraignment and motions while he is.

How does this matter?

A hit and run is justification to light up a car with 10 bullets now?

Are you suggesting the lawyer should say his client WAS the aggressor?

I'm not saying that Fuller is telling the true story, but I'm with someone right now that was at Loyola with him and he says Fuller was a stand up guy, pretty sharp, and is a well respected criminal attorney.

He's actually an alright guy.
I'm glad you aren't an attorney. You'd apparently be telling the media your client is a guilty piece of shite.
