About to move 3
I plan on being at 2 after the election.
I have no issue if a privately owned company chooses to require mask, but the government (the executive branch, not even the legislature) requiring you is bullshite and unconstitutional in that order.
It's time we all start moving up that list.

I usually put mine on while walking into an establishment. If I look around and most people are not wearing one, it goes in my pocket.

it's fairly easy to avoid having to wear them
this is true for everyone really
with online shopping, curbside pick up, etc, if you don't want to wear a mask, its pretty easy not to
this is why I find all the attention whores who throw hissy fits when asked to put a mask on in stores to be so annoying

11. You've spent more time typing this scale than I have spent wearing a mask.

I think the mandated masks is BS. Although I'm not throwing a hissy fit, just wanted to see where the people of OT land on my made up scale

Since we have a statewide mask mandate I wear one when walking into a business. If I look around and see any employees of the business not wearing a mask then I immediately take mine off too because I don't give a shite about wearing one otherwise.
Yep.
I went into a gas station the other morning while going to the woods, I walked in, kinda gave the "ah shite I forgot my mask" face and the lady smiled and said "Oh honey COVID ain't awake yet"

5, and option 11. Wear a mask at your place of business, because the county requires it, and it presents well to customers.

If I absolutely have to wear a mask to get into a place, I will. Other than that, I won't use a mask.
There is a mask ordinance/mandate whatever you want to call it in Louisiana. Most establishments have a sign on the door telling folks to wear a mask. Is this what you mean by “absolutely have to wear one”? Or, do you need them to also verbally tell you to please put on a mask?

Usually only comes out when bars are open.

Technically 6 but that doesn’t feel like it should be a 6 on the scale
Posted on 10/20/20 at 10:43 am to Upperdecker
yeah I have no idea where else I should keep my mask if not in my vehicle

11. I will physically put a mask on others if I see that they're not wearing one as well. The sooner everyone wears their mask, the sooner this virus disappears, MAGAts!

between 4 and 5. if an establishment wants me to wear one I will. if the employees all have their noses out or masks under their chin I'm not wearing one.

6. I wear one in indoor public spaces. I put one on at work when I have an appointment with someone from outside. We encourage visitors to wear masks and have masks available if they don't have one. Most people wear their own or accept one. A few refuse. We don't force the issue. Does it do any good? I don't know, I'm guessing maybe a little, and every little bit helps. And if it doesn't help, the inconvenience is minor anyway.

I don't agree with the masks and think they are dumb but this is about where I fall. Some places in BR won't let you inside without one and I have to respect their wishes or go somewhere else.

But I live in Houston, so it's required in most places. I don't wear one while leaving the bar/restaurant, it's not like they are going to kick me out at that point.
