You could just fart in the room. That’s good for a laugh. In all seriousness, best wishes for your dad. Try not to fart when the nurses are in with y’all though. They don’t like that game.

Hope your dad gets better soon. BTW, my MIL had me take her to a Mexican restaurant and then to shop at a mall. Of the 800 or so steps I took I farted for 600 steps - easily.

Any of you baws got a good fart story?

One morning my gf at the time (now wife of 10 years) was up getting ready for work, and I was still in bed and let one rip. It sounded exactly like a duck. After a few seconds of hesitation and processing, she asks "quack?!"

LoD.

Just read your dad the bottom bros threads. He’ll get a kick out of them. Bonus points for father/son bonding over trashy prostitute ax wound and tiny tit pics.

When that happens I have to wonder how amazing it would be if it all escaped in one fart.

Relatedly, I love it when I fart so long that I start laughing at it before it's done, so then it starts sputtering.

My dad just turned 70 this past weekend. He walks slower. His hair is graying, and his skin on his arms is more wrinkly. He had a blood clot in his leg about 8 years ago. He’s been on blood thinners since then.

He’s healthy otherwise, but I find myself randomly worrying at times. Is that normal?

Yes. You love him. Getting old sucks. Enjoy times with him while he’s still here.

Mine just turned 70 also. He’s aged a lot in the past two years. I was born when he was 20 so he’s never been old to me-if that makes sense. He’s always been full of life but now it seems he lives to go to doctors appointments. Sucks.

At the ER with the elderly in-laws tonight, too. One patient, one devoted spouse. Still good moments except for the family members who don't mind calling from their comfortable beds to tell me how to do things better.

You should seriously consider revising this sentence, here’s a suggestion:

“I am still enjoying my time with my in-laws except when some other of their relatives call from the comfort of their own beds to suggest better methodologies with regards about them to me.”

I’m kidding of course.

Props to you. You are doing the Lord’s work with them.

OP:

A pic that always makes me chortle-

Nurses are the queens of crop dusting. I know one who told me that she and her nurse coworkers do it and blame the smell on the patients. Don’t let them fool you. Lol

It is not nice or wise to fart while someone is performing a rectal exam in the ER this time of night.

Not a fart joke but it relates to butts.
A few minutes ago I got banned from Facebook for 30 days again (last time was the day after our loss to A&M for calling them frickin Faqqies. The q's don't fool them admins). Anyhoots I posted this last week on an SEC Facebook post congratulating the Fla Gators Softball Team. Someone reported me!
My friends will be laughing at me for the next 30.
Enjoy.
