They make up for it with dog pictures of their "babies".
You young dudes are lucky. Chicks with dogs usually only have one. Back in the day they liked cats and they frequently ended up with a slew of them (hence the term "cat lady" but you have never heard of a "dog lady")

If you meet a woman and like her, check her social media. If you see a bunch of solo selfies (especially with numerous comments from men), bitching about anything, or “My kids (if she has them) are my life” posts, stay far away. If you’re courageous you might try to hit it and quit it, but forget it long term.

I like watching the train wrecks on facebook. I know a girl whose baby daddy moved out of his own house and continued paying for it so his kids have a place to live. She gets on facebook and complains about him not coming see his kids for weeks. bitch...he is offshore.
