Single leg takedown and then a counter double leg. Silverback showed some real skill on top. Good display by all three participants.

It’s called asserting dominance. It’s how primates keep their tribe in order

The internet world jokes about Harambe but he was actually doing what nature evolved for him to do. He was not going to hurt that child. Maybe some scratches and scars but in order to protect him and get him safe.

What will get missed in all of this is the fact that gorilla's have a better structure to keeping peace then us humans.

The dominant male went after the aggressor and neutralized the situation right there. In our society today there would have been some bullshite stopping him and nothing would have happened.

The family gorilla will not do that again, but for us today we give passes and the same dumb shite happens over and over again because there is no one to step up and stop dumb shite.

I doubt it. The Taiwanese Silverback is too intelligent to get behind the wheel of a car and drive 120 MPH.

Amazing how well all nuclear families with a strong father do. If only we were as civilized as these apes.

The Silverback looked like a Mack truck when rushing to the fight. That's one scary son of a bitch.

The one that was minding his own business is the one that got laid out. Should have tackled the one that puts its arse in the others face.
