We are in a National time of crisis and I have these people trying to nickel and dime me in order to receive information I need to keep my family safe. I think every legal US citizen should receive 18 months free.

They should pay us to have it after putting out those terrible top 1000 classic rock and country lists.

Free doesn’t exist. Wish you dumb fricks would learn this simple concept.

The amount of commercials their commercial free music has should pay for itself. Its basically fm radio but you pay for it.

They would give you free radio for 6 months and then spam you in every way possible for the next 6 years to get you to buy.

I just got 3 months free a few days ago. Didn't even have to enter my credit card information.

This is true. The original allure of satellite radio was “commercial free”. They don’t use that term anymore. Now most of the stations claim “limited interruptions” but there are huge 5-10 minute blocks of ads per hour on most of the stations.
It’s not quite as bad as FM at this point but the stations will continue to extend ad blocks until people start complaining.

XM used to be ad free. It's chock full of adds now. You might as well pay for a Pandora Premium or Spotify instead of XM.

Yeah, but at least it doesn't bleep out words like fm does.

I just wish they would add NFL Network and nascar to the streaming package

Channel 121 on Sirius is a dedicated Covid19 channel and is available on all receivers whether active or not. So if you have a radio capable of getting it but don’t pay for it you can still get that one channel for the news
