Finally got the go ahead for me to start shopping quotes for a pool build. In Baton Rouge, which companies are the most respected and would be the best to go with for an in ground pool and outdoor kitchen/bar area? I’ve never had a pool in my life so I know nothing about the companies. Thanks so much y’all

First year putting a goal down, I'll go with 20

Finished:

The Silmarillion - J.R.R Tolkien
I have the Pit Boss one. It’s fine for what it is, it’s a pellet smoker, gas grill, and came with a cast iron insert to make the gas side into a griddle so a 3 in 1 for $700 was a heck of a steal. That being said the pellet side is kinda finicky and doesn’t hold the temperature very reliably. If you’re looking to save some money and space it’s a pretty good option but I’d recommend getting different units if you can
Thick44 (Tony Schnur) of Neebs Gaming has passed away after a lengthy battle with brain cancer. He was hilarious and always seemed like a good dude. He will be missed

Just finished this as well. Highly recommend. One of the greatest untold stories of WWII
Section West 102, Row 28, Seats 6&7
- West Side lower bowl, approximately 30 yard line, one of the best locations in the stadium
- Price: 3280 for the pair. That’s what we paid for them with the TAF fees. Not looking to make a profit

Imagine if you will that you are at your grandparents house and they surprise you at 9pm the night before that you are in charge of the Turkey and a chicken. Just looking for a ballpark time estimate here

Fried Chicken Timing

Tomorrow I’ll be frying my first whole chicken in the same pot after the Turkey is done. I’ve done chickens many different ways but never in a pot like a Turkey and elsewhere on the Internet the advice varies wildly between 3 minutes per pound at 350 all the way up to 9 minutes per pound. Do the cooking gods here have any advice for a newbie such as myself?
Real question is are they serving alcohol in the stadium?
We finally just got in a few hours ago. Whole plane was pretty much LSU, hotel the same way. Geaux Tigers

This evening hundreds of dead fish started washing up on the beach. Anybody know if it’s a natural phenomenon, from the dead zone or whatever else it may be, or if some irresponsible charter captain started dumping all his unused bait overboard close to shore? I’m just trying to decide how upset we are supposed to be
