We wash after every use. I'd reuse, but he wants a fresh towel every time. We end up going through like 8 towels every 2-3 days. It's excessive.

I use mine for at least a week before I wash them, but that really depends on how much blood I'm washing off.

Twice is the winner. Any more than that is gross. I don't want to get into the whole dead skin sloughing off onto the towel thing after you bathe, but it's there. And also damp towels that sit out attract bacteria even in the cleanest of houses. So yeah. I'm sticking with twice and then it's to the laundry.
This is all aside from the fact that most of you can't remember or don't pay attention enough to know if you're now drying your face where you dried your stink hole the day before. But no worries, it's just pink eye. It'll go away.

I use a towel once, throw it away, and then send my manservant to purchase another one. Same with toothbrushes and deodorant sticks.

They should be used twice but only if you dry your a-hole with toilet paper. You can't be drying your face with the same towel you used to dry your a-hole with the night before. Now, if its night two of the towel use, by all means dry that pooter shooter with terrycloth.

We have a full body sized quick dryer like they have for your hands in a public restroom. Feels good on my man meat too!

I use it twice unless I fart while its wrapped around me, I can't ever remember what side I farted on.

Putting damp towels in the laundry makes them mildew. You want them to "sit out".
