Center of population for the state is New Roads. I know a lot of weird trivia about Louisiana.




Like most places, New Roads is also better than Monroe.

What about Alexandria? Middle of the state so equal representation for north and south? I still feel like Monroe is the better choice though.

Monroe has some great restaurants, Cotton being one of them. Fat Pelican won one of the best shrimp and grits in the state.
