Wrong.

It's being twisted as NRA vs gays.

Per MSNBC just now - Just before shooting happened, shooter called 911 and swore allegiance to leader of ISIS.

I do wish the mods wouldn't go all reddit over the bigoted posts. Maybe collect them so we know who the assholes are on the board.

1. It's both

2. So far it's been the complete opposite.

This place was pretty small, I've been there before when it was just a restaurant, before a nightclub.

It's small enough,so you don't realize the other 49 people are getting killed? That's really small.

It's bullshite that congress and the president haven't done a goddamn thing to either tighten up the constitutional requirements to place someone under suspicion, nor done anything (once the constitutional requirements are met) to do anything to prevent watch these scrutinized people from obtaining weapons.

It's like they are doing everything backwards. They have an unconstitutional way of adding people to a "list" and then go out of their way to protect the right to weaponize of the people who are on the useless unconstitutional list. So the citizenry will continue to suffer under our backwards politically polarized system

I don't know what this means...

They didn't have a ton of private rooms.

If people are getting shot in a packed place, what exactly are you going to do?

I'm starting to see some people in Orlando on my facebook feed marking themselves as "safe" as an update for that location. I feel for the families with people there that they haven't been able to get in contact with yet and fear the worst.

So? Doesn't mean shite according to our cocksmoking president and his minions. Obama hates gays. Loves ISIS.

Well the shooter's father said it was a gay hating thing and, despite what his father is saying about it not being religiously motivated, anti-gay sentiments and radical Islam aren't exactly disconnected.

Why do you think those are separate issues? Isn't being gay against Islamic principles? Any ideology whose belief structure claims that their way is the only way can produce shite like this. When you examine religious teachings you will find that moderate adherents actually don't follow all of the teachings -it's the ones we cal fundamentalist (I call whack jobs) that do.

go watch the station nightclub fire video (or don't cause it is super painful to watch)

It was probably a mad rush to the door which made the doorway useless. Loud music, dark room, and wasted. Probably have no idea whats going on until after its already over

Self hate is nonsensical? Many gay men have issues with their urges.
