Shooter was a female according to Tapper on CNN.
Note: it is not clear what female means. The Cops could be PC and are calling a biological male a female because he "identified" that way. But all I know is the Cops are claiming "female."

Honestly was regretting my choice to repost the very early rumors of a 17 yo female, but it looks like that is going to end up being close to true
I feel like in mass shootings any of the really early, very specific information warrants some attention, so long as it's not a claim of multiple shooters or other incidents nearby.
