Thanks, JBE
When JBE's second term is up, is someone going to total up the jobs that were lost or shipped out of Louisiana during his time in office?

I remember arguing with a JBE supporter on the poliboard last fall who insisted that Lake Charles was the economic engine of Louisiana and it was booming with oil and gas in spite of the legacy lawsuits that JBE loves to push.
I even told him that the boom was over in Lake Charles before headlines like this.
What an absolute moron.

If you think that is bad, wait till Captain RINO Billy Nunngesser wins in 2024.
I don't think of the congressional Republicans want to primary him

In his first four years, well over 100,000 people have left Louisiana and that's a lot of our best and brightest.
And that's another number for the Governor who has Louisiana last, 50th, in all the metrics that matter.

They already had the facility. It was an import facility that was running a Skelton crew for years. They had finally made a decision to change it over to export. Suck... energy is getting killed.

Emphasis on RINO.
Pinky didn't show up at any of the three Trump rallies done to support Ralph Abraham and Eddie Rispone while all of the other statewide republican officials and republican members of Congress were in attendance.
And he refused to support Rispone or Abraham for Governor. Never even said a word about it.

If he does, he will do so without my support. Pinky is not the reformer Louisiana so desperately needs. Just another career politician that doesn't give a damn about conservative reforms.
There's no difference between Pinky and JBE.

Did the job-creator Eddie Rispone have a plan to prop up global energy prices so projects like this could stay in Louisiana?

Your gotcha question aside, I may have voted for Rispone but you won't see me defending that dumpster fire of a campaign.
I warned people he was blowing the runoff against JBE and I ended up being correct. The biggest sign of trouble was that he didn't have Abraham stumping for him despite having his endorsement.

If people thought LA was broke before wait till after this after this corona virus crap is done
Oil and Gas at historic lows plus the state missing out on 3 of its biggest tourism months
A ton of people out of work for 6 + weeks plus small business and restaurants closed

This has absolutely nothing to do with legacy lawsuits.

Sentrius hasn’t gotten those talking points from LABI yet. He’s making due with the talking points he’s got.

That may be true in this case but they're not helping either and they never will no matter the situation.
But as to what you quoted from me, that argument I had last fall was centered around a boom in Lake Charles he claimed was still underway and I was arguing the boom was over. And I'm even more correct today.

Unpopular prediction: Louisiana sees a massive exodus of educated middle class and never recovers from the coronavirus-fueled P&G depression within our working lifetime.

There is no money in gasoline.
Thought it was selling for $11/barrel today.

Man I just had a great idea, we can get our two heavyweight US Senators (both of whom are super tight with O and G) to save this 5 billion dollar project!!!!
You can put all the lipstick in the world on Piggy Mary Landrieu and hypocritically pimp her O&G connections, it's still not going to make her any more attractive for the people to put her back in office.
That pig is not oinking back into the Senate. Get over it.
