He should be charged with and convicted of some sort of murder/manslaughter. If you think there's nothing wrong with what he did, you are neither as thoughtful or good a person as you think you are.

How is it derailed? They were saying her punishment wasn't fit for the crime so I was bringing an example where the law wouldn't give someone the death sentence when common sense says they deserve it
