Jesus.
Moving the goal posts AND strawman.

Actually, no it doesn't. Life is deemed more valuable than property in the judicial system.
Like if someone is taking a bat to your car and you shoot them, then you are still gonna get charged with something unless you can convince the cops you were in fear of your life.

Whether you've personally been a victim of a like situation is irrelevant to the discussion at hand.

If you are in eminent danger, you have the right to protect yourself. As soon as that threat is subsided, you no longer can just shoot whomever you want.

Appeal to victimization and a strawman argument.
Two of my favorite logical fallacies.

Is it a choice or a human? Which is it? If it's a human, why is it ok to terminate it (with extreme prejudiced) even if it is the result of rape or incest? Still human.
are you pro-choice or pro-life?
Don't ask others to exhibit consistency if your aren't willing to do the same. If you are pro-life stick to it.

Has this thread gotten personal yet?

His dumbass should invest in an alarm system.
Don't think it was right he killed her in an alley away from his house but maybe it will teach people like that lessons to stay out of people houses...doubt it though

Oh, and fwiw, I have had a gun pointed at me. Luckily I dove behind the counter and raised the phone up to show I was dialing 911 and he didn't break into the place of business I was at.
It has zero to do with the discussion though. Personal experiences can create bias. I know if I ever have kids and one of them was molested, I would want to kill the fricker who did it.

excellent more proof that you are to emotional to have an objective opinion on the issue.
This is why victims or their family members don't get to decide punishments on guilty verdicts and we leave it to a neutral objective arbiter.

That's so dumb. "Oh u committed a crime but u were able to start running away, so I guess we will arrest the home owner now too"

Manslaughter is likely the correct charge here, unless she was actually pregnant - then 1st degree/capital murder may come into play (depending on the state).
