The problem is they grow up SLOWER.

We have people infantilizing 19yr olds... generations past, these same 19yr olds would have jobs, families of their own or be fighting in wars. We've vastly overextended "childhood".

You can thank corporate America for that one. Imagine how much money would be lost if you couldn't sell kid and teen entertainment and nonsense?

Covid hardly belongs on that list, and the others are allowing Americans to kill themselves.

I’ve never used DoorDash, but I had no idea that you can have someone deliver you keyboard cleaner…

To start.

They definitely didn't mind the side effect though considering there were multiple opium wars.

Yeah, it was shameful. Every time the Chinese tried to protect their people by banning it the British would fight them.

Are these inhalants similar to the little bottles of rush we used to snort back in high school? Or is this like huffing paint?

So, they could only get it through DoorDash? If her mother would have known she had keyboard cleaner she would have put a stop to the shenanigans?

What am I missing here?
Pretty sure it's just a point of information for all the dumbasses who will say, "How could her parents knowingly let her order that?"

Is it really a TikTok trend? This has been going on since the invention of the product.

I think the point of this reference isn't implying that TikTok "invented" dusting, it's that because of TikTok's high viewership it is causing dusting to become more popular, thus trending.

The reality is that they are not “raised” to grow up as in the past. Maybe to shield them from unpleasant “reality”. But, they are bombarded with outside influences, and they are not prepared to have adult type of discernment.
