Well, He sacrificed Himself on a cross that we nailed Him to, and told us to love each other as we love ourselves, but apparently that wasn’t enough to motivate us to lay down our political nonsense for long enough to take care of real life human beings.

I bet if you split the affected region in half, let Govt tend to one side and private citizens tend to the other in regards to supplies, distribution, search and rescue, and infrastructure rebuild the private citizens would embarrass the government
