It’s coming, maybe next week or the week after. They keep throwing out all these end of the world forecasts for every springtime front that pushes through and eventually one will be right. Someone will get hit by a tornado or severe storm and they will say we told you it was coming

Based on the above, the best mix of moisture, convective potential energy, and low level shear exist in the SE quarter of Mississippi generally. The shear will work it's way into southern Alabama later.
So like, here in the red box, is probably our biggest threat into the evening. ETA: Can extend the box a little NE into Alabama, probably cut it off a little short.

coming from someone who's wife and daughter are scared shitless right now in the bathtub because they are under a tornado warning, I can say go frick yourself. The world doesnt revolve around you. Good that it missed you, it hasnt missed everyone.

We're less than a week removed from a severe event that was forecasted from eastern TX to western AL and ultimately had 63 tornado reports, 32 injuries, and 4 fatalities in one day.

OP updated with latest from SPC. They are saying conditions are improving for more severe storms.
