Chances of finding morels around here are very slim, but apparently it is possible.

How's your nephew?

Started school last week. While his pulmonary health has been pretty top-tier, thank God, his cognitive and speech skills had been a little delayed...but the past two months have granted the little chonk a motormouth and bright eyes. He's even started leaning in to a British accent...

Thanks for still remembering, baw.

Once you eat lion's mane, you will want to cultivate them because they are the yummiest mushrooms you'll ever eat. Taste like crab/lobster.

You can order grow bags from Michigan Mushroom Company and grow your own. I have had really good luck with them.

I also bought some through Amazon from Hodgins Harvest. This was also a great company to deal with.

Those mushrooms go for $20 per pound last time I checked. Probably more now.

Mushrooms fascinate me. Some can make you trip balls, some can feed you, others can kill you just as quickly.

I was damned near 100% certain there was going to be a penis slipped somewhere in the OP.

If you look hard enough, you can definitely see a peen or at least the shape of one.

Some of those photos remind me of those ink blots where a shrink will ask you what is in the photo.

As the typical smart arse inside of me, I would say penis, a peen, a wanderlier, and maybe a tit or two.

Awesome. I picked a pile of chanterelles a little while back. I don’t know how to post pics but I also found about 10 indigo milk caps. I was pretty excited about those.

This thread inspired me to pick and photograph my own mushrooms. In fact, I'm about to eat these right now.
