Just curious. Is it acceptable if we purchase the package for the increase in towing capacity due to having a boat? Want to know if I should be ashamed or not.

I want to know is how can they afford them...

Side Note: AT4 is the GM version with Yukon's and Yukon XL's. Z71 is the Tahoe/Suburban version.

Also, what percentage of folks with 4x4 vehicles ever really use that capability? Maybe 10%?

You can also ask that to all the women driving Jeeps these days.

Who gives a fawk? Do you have to be an off-road wheeler to have a 4x4?

4x4 is awesome to have, even if you don’t off road. If you have it, you can use it. If you don’t have it, you c ant use it.

Saw the state bought a bunch of these things so our dignitaries can ride in comfort.

A lifted truck with off-road tires and tuned suspension doesn’t really sell me on comfort.

With how shitty roads are in rural LA an off-road package isn’t a bad idea

You need an offroad capable vehicle for metro LA roads probably more than you would in rural areas. Having some long travel suspension isn't a bad idea.

This baw and his bawette both have 4x4 vehicles. They are parked at a travel ball parking lot most weekend. When they aren't they are used to get around the farm.

Also both are 100% paid for.

Don't be so quick to judge.

4x4 push button is actually awesome and useful.

The morons are the ones living in flatlands but driving full time AWD vehicles.

It’s not rocket science to figure out.

Most middle class Americans work 40 hour work weeks, make 50-60k, take a week long vacation to Destin every year, and blow money on dumb shite on the weekends. They have no drive to do anything else or work harder so they will always own middle class shite. They call that living while also being a paycheck away from being broke.

Well, I fish every single day that I don't have other commitments and weather. So, I fish 5-6 days a week. The boat ramp I usually use is quite steep and short, so I have to use 4x4 to get the boat out if I don't want to spin the rear tires.

I use mine over 1k times a year.

Use mine all the time, especially during winter. Those icy mountain passes can get sketchy.

My wife drives the AT4 Yukon. She doesn’t go off roading in it but it looks nice.

A regular Yukon would also look nice

And it would ride a lot smoother without the off road suspension and lift
