FYI: If I took the time to fish out every incredibly stupid stuff white people say on Facebook, I might break OT.
I can't speak for others but this has nothing to do about race, it has everything to do with stupid arse people, which comes in every color.
After Katrina when people were saying the government blew up the levees, I remember hearing some "white people" make statements about how they can't believe people believe that, blah blah.. After the BP oil spill, those same people were saying Obama caused the oil spill in order to get his "environment plan" passed.
It just amazes me what people will believe. I don't give a frick if they are black, white... whatever, if they say stupid shite I am going to talk about how stupid they are.

We have a 2 inch well for our pond and it literally took us a week to fill two acres to about 6 feet deep. I dont think this hose would quite be the cause of the flood. Lol.

It would take about 19.1 million trucks to move that water in a 48 hour period...Very Doable!

Whether you believe the flood was organized or not you still have to admit that's pretty dang suspicious that hoses around the city (more than this one has been reported) are sticking out of these drainage holes. The guy who took the picture said he tried to pull the hose up and it wouldn't even pull all the way out.
