I read that this will be the equivalent of a learner's permit. They will have to be accompanied by an adult male guardian.

Good. frick the Saudis, they have basically purchased our government and it pisses me off. The fact they had their portion of the 9/11 report scrubbed sickens me, and they play both sides of the fence with terrorism.
