It's amazing how many people were trying to wishcast this storm into New Orleans.

The fricker is still being projected to pass two H's away. Stop acting like it is going into South Carolina.

Yeah, I was thinking earlier about how this is sort of a sneaky system.

At Orange Beach now. Looks pretty cool coming in. Funny how everyone is acting like it is a normal day. People going to restaurants still, no run on all the bread and water at the grocery stores.

The 18z GFS has a west shift, curious to see if other models will too.

It's amazing that you have people on this board that are allowed to post shite like this:

quote:

No. They are saying a Tuesday landfall... not enough time to intensify. It may reach hurricane strength, but will not get to a cat 2. Even though the weather channel is hoping it will.....

When this storm is likely to become a CAT 3

That's what happens when the media lulls you false security. over 100 mile move today. If you read NOAA, they still say the timing on the turn to the north is uncertain.

I want to play.....
I said this 2 days ago:

Yep. From how things are looking and GFS's trend to the weaker end so far this year, a strengthening 2 at landfall seems possible.
