At Orange Beach now. Looks pretty cool coming in. Funny how everyone is acting like it is a normal day. People going to restaurants still, no run on all the bread and water at the grocery stores.
Some family living on the islands down there leaving now. Say I-10 is a parking lot with multiple accidents. They were planning to stay until about an hour ago. They live almost at sea level and worried they won’t get out until at least the weekend and their cars might be fricked staying. I applaud their decision and they have a place to stay with us north of Atlanta
ETA: it’s my Aunt and she is 68, who hasn’t left for any storm since she bought a place down there 8 years ago...and she’s a stubborn woman. Happy she is leaving this time

Gonna be some surprised and unprepared folks in lower alabama
That's what happens when the media lulls you false security. over 100 mile move today. If you read NOAA, they still say the timing on the turn to the north is uncertain.
I thought the media was fearmongering?

The fricker is still being projected to pass two H's away. Stop acting like it is going into South Carolina.

TS Vicky next up. We're going to be into the Greek letters by the end of September.

He's not. He just pulls crap out of his arse and posts it. He is just incredibly wrong most of the time. He's still good people.. Probably needs to stop weather posting though.

How far along? We were due in October living in Spanish fort when a hurricane came through. She started having contractions. There was no getting across the bay that night. Luckily never needed to
Geez. Luckily, we’re just at the 6 mo. mark, so not far enough to have to worry about anything like that. At this point, it’s really the power outage that has me the most concerned. My AC has stayed at 67-68 recently, and she still stays bitching about how she’s “burning up” 24/7.

Anyone projected storm surge numbers for Dog River? Also, what CAT will this thing be at landfall?

And?
Y’all are stupid as hell thinking this is some kind of rebuttal.
You let me know when you see Sally has ended up outside of this cone at any point...
