re: NOLA City Council Wants to take on Entergy

Deregulating doesn’t solve anything. As mentioned in previous post, LA has some of the lowest KWh rates in the country. If you deregulate, that cost will increase. Majority of the infrastructure is still owned by the Entergy umbrella of service providers.

It’s not that Entergy doesn’t want to spend, it’s the fact that all that cost would go back into the rate base and we as customers would foot the bill. Also, last I checked the water table in SE LA is very high, electricity and water doesn’t mix, this exponentially increases the cost of underground construction.
I personally believe, that better tree canopy and regulations need to be instituted. No trees within falling distance of a power line. That alone comes with significant fall out.

The plant was up and operating and providing electricity to NOLA East less than 48hours after the storm… what else would you like done?
It now includes flight level data, May be an interesting trend.
re: Are 2 central AC units the norm Now or is that specific to the application?

I have a 3100 sqft split floor plan. We have two 3 ton units and my electric bill is more than reasonable and the units are efficient.
I think his accolades speak for itself. One of the few that are a top 100 in both instruction and fitting.
That looks like armyworms damage to me.
Ask for Bradley Coco, I have bought two vehicles here in the last couple months from him. Top rated salesman
I was fortunate I ran all my speaker, and Ethernet cables in my house. Saved a ton of money, not difficult to do, but man legs and back were sore for a week afterwards.

Why do you have so many?!?
I’ve had an excellent experience with Metairie Club Champion. Specifically Casey. My clubs should be in later this week or early next week!
re: Am I getting a reasonable quote on this dirt work?

Can’t speak to current pricing, but in late 2019 early 2020 I cleared two acres of trees, house pad of 6k sqft mucked out 3 ft and backfilled with clay. 160’ 14’ driveway with a 60’x30’ landing pad. This included rough grade of cleared area for $28k

Money Hill will be back in top 5 after the green renovation in 2022!
Lol at the Abita Springs best kept secret.
My Club Champion experience was phenomenal! Prices of the clubs were in par with any major retailer. You just need to go in there with the mindset that there is a premium to pay for good shafts, which is honestly the most important component of a club that can make the biggest difference.

Money Hill
It’s a great course, I just recently joined and have enjoyed it!

Well, if you want the best fitting to your swing, going get fitted is the proper answer.
CAM2 has come along way, but not my cup of tea. The greens are postage stamps. With that being said, if they could actually have true “greens” with green side bunkers it would be a much more fun course to play.

Money Hill CC!
There really isn’t much of a savings doing it yourself. I just went through a fitting, my heads were actually cheaper through them than buying myself. Shafts were maybe $20-35 more than my price. I wrote that off to labor for them to put together.
