No hurricanes! No floods! Very few tornados! No wildfires or earthquakes! No snow of more than 12"!

Does such a place exist?

Montana or South Dakota?

But then you got to deal with immense cold.

Central Virginia. Charlottesville or Richmond area. Might get a big snow once ever 5 years or so. Inland so don't need to worry about hurricanes coming up the coast. Minimal forest fire or tornado risk.

No wildfires or earthquakes.

Probably New Mexico, but not the mountains on account of snow. Monsoon season could be an issue every now and then.

Blizzards in the winter, and for a lot of the state, brutal desert heat.

Until recently, I would have said Central Texas, but with as dry as it's been, wildfires have started to become an issue.

Somewhere in the desert. I love the hot weather as long as it's dry. Obviously it's still gonna get cold in the winter time but that basically happens everywhere unless you want to live in the Keys (which then exposes you to hurricanes and flooding).
