Stories like these should be plastered everywhere on news sites. Cops profile pretty much everyone they come into contact with. White, black, young, old, etc.

It appears to me no lawful reason was offered. So what we have here is a cry baby who needs a ticket for disobedience to a traffic control device. If there are barricades there, the only one who can move it or give permission to move it is the cop. Read the law and quit whining like a Bitch.
