And few if any of said bikers were convicted of any crime related to the shootout. The cops went rogue, the bikers fought back and the cops got a black eye they so quietly swept under the rug. You want to talk about sticking together through chaos, those bikers represent that. None broke and they skated for the most part.

People forget, GHW Bush was still reigning during the slaughter. Aug 1992.
But WJC took over in Jan 93, and he and Reno held no one accountable.

This. He defied them. If there's one thing government and law enforcement hate more than anything, it's being defied.

Similar narrative as today. They were obsessed with Randy, rather they were convinced that several “right wing” groups made up of “white people” were threats to the government. Randy had the ability to mingle with these groups bc he lived near them and kept to himself. The feds literally picked him to target in an entrapment ploy in hope of using it to leverage him as a confidential informant. They created a scheme to get him to cut the barrel of a shotgun and sell it to them at their request, even though the guy was not involved in the illegal firearm trade. They then fricked up his motive to appear in court. When he “missed his court date” they sent everyone and his brother after him, despite knowing that his attorney could have brought him in or they could
Have safely picked him up when he went to town. They didn’t identify themselves, so when the dogs started barking and his son saw people with guns, he armed himself. Sniper hits he wife and all hell breaks loose.

Then to force him to comply they entrapped him to modify a shotgun so they could hold those charges over his head to force compliance to spy on the brotherhood for them.
Are there any more details on how this happened? What did they do/say to convince him to do such a thing? It's not like someone just randomly says hey you should make a sawed off shotgun and you agree.

Someone, somewhere wanted to make an example out of him.
The guy that shot his unarmed wife bragged about it later didn't he?
fricker should be rotting in prison, esp since the govt ended up paying Randy and his surviving kids money.

Don't give the poliboard guys facts. They will just downvote and ignore.
Yeah Bush was in office but dammit that didn't fit their narrative.

wasn't this the same situation as Waco?
Yeah, I was in my early teens when this happened and I remember it was pretty much reported that there was a crazy man in Waco who were holding people hostage, including kids.
Of course I wasn't paying all that close attention to the news, but it wasn't until they had a show or series awhile back about it that I learned about the details and how the FBI pretty much fricked the whole thing up. I think Ruby Ridge happened before Waco, but they happened relatively close to each other.

Pretty sure the narrative here is that there is zero difference between a Bush and a Clinton, politically.

Waco is different in that there was some fricked up shite going on, but they didn't have to handle it the way they did.

the same guy, who according to many accounts, fired the first shots at WACO.
In Waco, Jurisdiction was given, to the Texas Rangers I believe, to inspect the site and investigate what happened in the aftermath. By the time the Rangers got there, not only had the compound been bulldozed, it had also been buried.
As for OKC, if you are willing to look hard enough, you can find live feed from a local news station where the search for bodies was halted when they found at least 2 more undetonated bombs in the Fedeal building. There was a long fight by the governor of Oklahoma and several news stations for transparency of what happend that day. One local station in particular who was particularly adamant about this was subsequently bought by the New York Times and shut down.
Also, McVeigh's sister has made public letters she received from him where he was of the belief that he was working for the SEE EYE AYE. There are also interviews from a handful of operatives who admit to being offered the gig that McVeigh took, but their experience told them it was a patsy job.
Also don't forget exactly 0 ATF workers showed up to work at the office that day. The building contained not only all the White Water Documents, but also the VA findings on Gulf War Syndrome.

It also shows that at the end of the day, it doesn't really matter who the president is. Presidents are more of a face of America. Yes they have 1/3 of the power of the federal government, but within congress has a bigger influence.

They bugged him for 3 years to do so and he finally caved because his family needed the $.

They murder US citizens with impunity all the time.
