The right to kill someone else isn't an inalienable or constitutionally protected right.

Which is how they've goofed their own argument. It used to be a "my body, my choice, stop mansplaining" issue. Now it has to also be a man's choice issue or they're completely negating the ridiculous trans-rights position.

This is my concern. What happens when a woman accidently impregnates her boyfriend? Is the boyfriend just suppose to have the baby?

These are serious issues to consider people.

1 comment about religion isn't a melt, Bru. It mathematics.

But if we want to spin religion straight into it like the Right has for generations, we can of you like. It's one big cluster hypocrisy. Your call.

No more dead bodies of babies hitting the floor.

Chalk one up for the choice of the child, and step one to recapturing our humanity and civility.

A house fly has 100,000 cells, so is aborting a fetus made up of 100 cells really killing someone? You can argue that it will be a person one day, and we’re preventing that, but the same could be said for contraception. Are condoms murder? There would be a lot more people without them.

Then vote it. And the fringe won’t dominate. Like it’s designed to work.

No question. And it is one, of many, reasons abortion is not a tremendously important issue for me (though I do think the practice is despicable). But poorly reasoned legal decisions, which Roe has always been from day one, shouldn't be upheld simply because overturning it would create a pain in the arse.

This and the vaccine mandates blew a hole in the pro-abortion ship.

I lean pro-choice because I don't want society being on the hook for people's unwanted kids. Let the voters decide if they like it or not. If abortion is an essential issue for you, move somewhere that allows it. Libs got to hide behind Roe for 50 years. Now it's a decision for the people, not the scotus.

Loving was decided solely on the basis of equal protection. Griswold, Lawrence, and Obergefell were all decided, in part, on substantive due process. Thomas does not believe that the substantive due process clause creates any of the rights on which these decisions were based. Thomas has not said anything about the equal protections clause.

In Obergefell, was that due process clause right that Thomas said did not exist would have been the right to marry?

Maybe morally he doesn't care for people killing innocent babies to escape their poor decision making

The retarded post of the day.

You really are "special"

Nothing will change. You still get to have irresponsible sex and kill the baby. Its not going to be outlawed nationally.

Not everyone has the means to just up and move to a different state, some things need to be federally protected

Here's an idea:
Determine your beliefs and morals about the given topic. Determine what it is you desire to be the law. Research your state and federal candidates for public office. Make an educated decision prior to election day and vote for the candidates who best align with your beliefs and morals. Finally, hold them accountable and demand that they do their fricking jobs and write and present actual legislation. You know, use the actual process our entire fricking government is designed to use.

The biggest abortion supporters seem to be progressive men. They're more feminine than the women.
