Do you think that when someone is stabbed to death or run over by a car in a deranged manner?

Maybe we should start letting victims of murder families pick out a member of the offenders family and kill them in front of them in a grotesque manner. Prison time doesn’t seem to be an effective deterrent.

just don’t understand the thought process to shoot someone over some petty shite

do they not realize that their life is forever fricked if they (attempt to) take another man’s life?

life is already too short

There seems to be an enormous amount of pre 30 something people that have zero conflict resolution skills.

Murder.

He didn’t just shoot him when the victim was in full retreat, but he instigated the guy to start the physical confrontation in the first knowing he had a concealed gun.

I didn’t understand or hear most of words, but if he didn’t make it clear he had a gun and then instigated the physical confrontation just to use that concealed gun it would have been murder even if victim didn’t retreat as obviously as he did.

Luckily, I've been in very view accidents, the last time I was rear ended while waiting for a light at Jefferson and College (BR). Clearly not my fault, but this black guy got out of his pickup raising hell, screaming and pointing at me. I told my wife to get back in the car and we drove around the corner and waited for the cops.

A witness got his license number, I had little damage, but there are a lot of lunatics out there, I'm not dying over a fender bender.

The second amendment didn’t murder the guy.

Low IQ is usually the common denominator in all of this type incidents. If that 23-year-old motherfricker is higher than 70IQ I'd be surprised.

Doesn’t need prison he needs an electric chair. Because there’s no reason we the people should have to feed his sorry arse for more than the time to sentence and fry.

It used to be rare to have evidence like this. Not long ago we would never have evidence like this.

We need much swifter and final justice nowadays.

As soon as that guy turned and started moving away the shooters justification ended.

His justification was dubious at best even before that considering that from what the video showed, the shooter appeared to be the aggressor in the situation.

Granted there's some footage missing of what happened in between the victim being calm and 30 feet away on the phone and then the video starting again when they were face to face 10 feet apart. So not sure what happened during that time.

Same person. When he's screaming, you can see the orange shirt underneath. So at some point before they got face to face, he took off the outer layer shirt / jacket.

Happened here in Upstate SC. Easley. The other day. I think charged with first degree murder. Road rage is really bad here. Appalachian white trash drivers are every bit as bad as their counterparts in Houston, BR, Chicago.

There was something going on in that guy's head that wasn't allowing him to think straight. He was way mad about something that didn't seem like that big of a deal.
